🍼 Save or Splurge? Baby Delight vs BabyBjörn – My Honest Mom Review
When I was shopping for a baby bouncer, I found myself stuck between two popular options: the BabyBjörn Bouncer and the more affordable Baby Delight Alpine Deluxe Bouncer. As a first-time mom, I wanted something safe, comfy, and helpful — but I also didn’t want to overspend on something Luna might only use for a few months.
So… I tried both.
Here’s what I found out:
👶 BabyBjörn Bouncer — The “Luxury” Option
Let’s be honest — the BabyBjörn is beautiful. Sleek design, high-quality materials, and great reviews. When I first placed Luna in it, I noticed:
She sat up more upright than I expected for a newborn
The bounce was gentle and responsive
It folds flat and feels really well-made
But… it was expensive. And Luna didn’t always stay in it long. For the price, I was expecting something magical.
💛 Baby Delight Bouncer — Budget-Friendly & Surprisingly Awesome
Enter the Baby Delight. I honestly didn’t expect to love it as much — but I do! It’s soft, cozy, and perfect for smaller spaces. What I love:
Budget-friendly (big win!)
Soft fabric and comfy seat
Gentle vibration setting (which helped Luna relax)
Lightweight and easy to move around the house
It may not have the designer look, but Luna seemed just as happy — if not more — in this one.
🏆 So… Which One Wins?
For us, the Baby Delight was the clear winner. While the BabyBjörn is definitely stylish and well-made, the price just didn’t match the value we got out of it. Luna was just as content in the more affordable option, and we saved money to spend on other newborn must-haves.

🍼 Why I Love the Storkcraft® Santorini® 6 Drawer Dresser for Our Nursery
When I was setting up Luna’s nursery, one thing I knew I needed (besides the crib) was a dresser with real storage — something that could handle all the tiny baby clothes, swaddles, diapers, and everything else that piles up fast. After a lot of searching, I landed on the Storkcraft Santorini 6 Drawer Dresser, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Here’s why I think it’s a must-have for any nursery — especially if you want something affordable, functional, and stylish.
🧸 1. Plenty of Room for All the Baby Things
Let’s be real — babies might be tiny, but they come with a lot of stuff. The Santorini dresser has six spacious drawers, which has been a total game changer. I was able to organize everything:
Onesies and sleepers
Diapers and wipes
Swaddles and blankets
Bibs, socks, and tiny hats
Extra crib sheets and changing pad covers
And there’s still room left over for growth!
🧼 2. Smooth, Easy-to-Open Drawers
This might sound like a small thing, but when you’re holding your baby with one arm and trying to grab a burp cloth with the other — smooth drawers matter. These glide easily and don’t stick, even when full. Plus, the drawers feel secure and well-constructed, which gives me peace of mind as a mom.
🌿 3. Timeless Look That Grows With Your Baby
The design is simple and classic, so it fits beautifully with almost any nursery theme — whether you go soft and neutral or fun and colorful. We paired it with a matching Storkcraft crib, and the room instantly felt cozy and complete. I also love that this dresser doesn’t scream “baby furniture” — it’s something Luna can use for years as she grows.
🧩 4. Easy to Assemble (Even With a Baby Around)
Putting together furniture while caring for a newborn isn’t exactly fun — but this dresser was surprisingly easy to assemble. It comes with clear instructions, and all the hardware is included. My husband and I put it together in an afternoon without any arguments (which is saying something 😅).
